About the role
You will be responsible for managing the start up and ensuring the delivery and performance of the new Health Program in Timor-Leste. You will provide technical guidance and management support to staff and partners and will be responsible for all aspects of program implementation including a M&E system, administrative, financial and reporting requirements. You will provide technical and management support and advice to district health managers, local government staff, local NGO staff as well as internal staff members. This will include guidance in planning and management, training, monitoring and supervision, developing and reviewing activities and proposals, as well as liaising with central level Ministry of Health and coordinating with others working in health at the district level and in primary health/MCH support nationally.
